patch: allow to set proxy auth info prior to connecting

Hey folks,

I was looking into cadaver to completely automate sending files over to a
$vendor, but I need to pass a proxy (with auth) to do so.

I hacked up the following patch which allows me to do exactly that, and I'm
mailing it back for whoever else might need it or if you want to include it into
cadaver, feel free.
