sitecopy is a heavy-weight alternative to lftp's mirror.

There's no easily-scriptable way to do this with cadaver, nor do I 
intend cadaver to be easily-scriptable, but, I'm working on a 
non-interactive command-line tool which does many of the things cadaver 
does.
