Yes, I also found some mailinglist threads about that. For now, I think,
I will just go an let those Litmus tests fail. Otherwise I would have to
iterate through all libxml errors in my server and parse the messages
manually, since this seems to be the only way PHP supports to react on
different libxml errors.

On the other side, are these tests so important that it is worth having
2 real failures in the Litmus runs? Wouldn't a warning make more sense
here? At least I experienced several WebDAV clients to work fine even if
those tests fail. That said, most WebDAV clients are borked anyway. ;)
