Right, that one is fixed in neon 0.29.0 and later.

Just pass --with-neon to configure.

Ah, I missed that, sorry.  Committed now to SVN.

Do you have any other patches imminent?  I'll push out a new release 
which supports neon 0.29.x and with the client cert patch in otherwise.
