--without-gssapi doesn't stop neon from trying to use gssapi and other krb libs

I did tell the openssl that I'm using to build "no-krb5".
I don't see neon's configure output mention gssapi one way or
another, but I see it trying to link it in with test programs in the
configure process shown in config.log and it seems to have it in the
LIBS in the Makefile that results.
Having it present causes linkage errors for me presently that I can
see in config.log and that then appear to cause problems when
Subversion is compiled.

I'll try that. I imagine that ultimately ssl will be necessary for
the https.
