neon, Auth-Digest-Bug with LWS before separator

Hi Werner - two FYIs:

1) I've committed a fix for the LWS problem you reported; I used 
something slightly different to what you had but should be equivalent; 
the test case passes anyway.  The *-Authorization header parser is 
actually not very tolerant to LWS in many places, it needs rewriting to 
be completely RFC-correct, I think.

2) I've set up a new mailing list for neon:
