Tortoise SVN 32 bit not working properly on Slave commits

Hi,

I am stuck in a Master-Slave write through proxy setup where the clients using serf can do the commit of new files but not with Neon.

I used TSVN above 1.5.0, with 1.5.0 it works just fine.

Please guide what I should to with it.
