any outstanding changes for 0.29.x?

This is the list of changes I've merged to 0.29.x - am I missing any 
outstanding patches/anything on trunk?  If so please shout soon or else 
I'll push out 0.29.1 with these:

 - fix handling of session timeout (Kai Sommerfeld)
 - fix possible crash (basic at mozdev.org)
* Fix unnecessary re-authentication with SSPI (Danil Shopyrin)
* Build fixes for Win32:
  - fix use of socklen_t with recent SDKs (Stefan Kung)
  - fix USE_GETADDRINFO on Win2K (Kai Sommerfeld)
