Hi Kai -

I'd rather not put any big changes in the 0.28.x branch so can we keep 
that for 0.29?  I hope to get a 0.29 release out this month.

I was thinking also that it might be good to have another NE_AUTH_* flag 
for the NTLM code so that it can be enabled/disabled separately from 
Negotiate support.
