[patch] for adding -lnetwork support for Haiku

Joe,
I'll probably make a new build tonight or tomorrow.  Saw the email
earlier and forwarded to the haikuports list, so it might even be
picked up by one of the others working on haiku ports.  Thanks for the
heads up.
