[PATCH] Update Polish translation

[Arfrever Frehtes Taifersar Arahesis]

I'm attaching patches which update Polish translation.
(Patch for trunk doesn't apply cleanly to 0.29.x branch.)

Also please update NE_VERSION_MINOR in macros/neon.m4 in trunk.
