Hi
Before update the remote site always instruct to site copy synchronize the file list. If you are uploading files use --fetch before upload. If you are downloading file use --synchronize before downloading files.

Subject: Be more robust on remote changes
Hi,
our developers often change files upstream without using sitecopy. They remove files and directories and remove them later locally. Sitecopy fails on the next update, because it tries to remove a non‐existing file or directory. Is it possible to make sitecopy more permissive? I.e. why it tries to remove a file and the server says the file doesn't exist, than sitecopy had done his job, the remote site is in sync.
The same with missing parent directories: if a parent directory on the remote site is missing for the update, sitecopy should create it and do the upload.
Bye, Jörg.
